The Process
How It Works
From registration to the winner's announcement — here's everything you need to know.
Create an account
If you don't have an account on the website, create a free account on the portal. This is how we verify your eligibility to compete.
Register & Pay
Fill out the registration form — pick your category, choose a unique act name (this becomes your public page link), and select solo or group. Pay your registration fee: ₦3,000 for solo acts or ₦5,000 for group acts. Pay online via Paystack or by bank transfer.
Wait for payment verification
The admin team reviews your payment, usually within a few hours. Once verified, your submission portal unlocks and you can start building your profile.
Build your contestant profile
Upload your profile photo, write a bio, and add your performance videos or images — up to 4 media items. Add your social links so fans can follow you. When everything looks good, submit for admin review.
Go live & get votes
After approval, your public contestant page goes live at talent-hunt/your-act-name. Share your link everywhere! Anyone can vote at ₦100 per vote — no account needed. The contestant with the most votes at the conference date is crowned the winner.
Can I update my profile after submitting?
Yes. You can update your bio, profile photo, and media at any time from your dashboard. Any changes will temporarily take your page offline for re-review. Once the admin team approves your changes, you'll be live again and votes will resume counting.
